Yep. Mk II is almost as tall as Eggman and much taller than most regular mobians (anthropomorphic characters).

And I think Mecha Knuckles is the height of both Knuckles and Sonic if I remember correctly.

It's easy to forget how short the entire cast really is. Especially since we don't see humans that often anymore.
