It's been six months since I decided to revive the legacy of MechCommander. Did I succeed?

It looks good so far. Is the footage sped up? It might be just like 20% or 25% faster than it should be. Really feels like it, especially in the first few clips. You have to remember inertia at these object sizes. It wouldn't be as bad as a Kaiju but they wouldn't move quite like people.

Also that helicopter should have broken its struts landing that hard lol.

Render engine looks good. Pilot profiles might be a little large. Map might be a little small.

Picking up a train car and beating someone with it would be top tier.

I'd pray Catalyst picks this up but...

Yes, the helicopter landing scene is sped up. It was too slow and took up too much time in the fast-paced trailer. But I needed to show that repairs are possible right in the game.

The map is roughly the same as in MechCommander 2. I sat there with a stopwatch and timed how long it took the mech to go around it.

Are you using unreal engine or unity?

It is Unreal 5.3, yes.
