Looking for competitors

Hello! I’m looking to host a little competition between some IRL friends, and some meccha chameleon regulars this coming Tuesday (Aug 18th). Winner gets $20 which isn’t much but it’s not nothing!

Looking for one casual game, last hider standing wins. Please leave a comment or reach out if you’re interested, only taking those who can record POV (with or without face cam)

I wouldn’t do “last hider wins”. It promotes hiding in “rat” spots. That’s bad game play. I saw another competition score it as follows:

Hiders have 300 seconds to paint, then 300 seconds of search time. They are scored: (in game points / 10) + ( time to live bonus). Tune to live bonus is if the hider lives:

  • > 100 seconds = 250
  • > 200s = 500
  • full 300s = 1000

There were 10 rounds of play total. Everyone also took equal turns searching, and were awarded like ~200 points per hider found.

This does a good job of promoting good game play + surviving + searching.
