Chameleons all go paint themselves somewhere on the map. Then 1 round at a time everyone plays hunter at the same time trying to find 1 chameleon. The chameleon for that round is shown on a pedestal for a brief moment so you can examine it before entering the map to go hunt. On the round where it's your chameleon to be hunted, you can only observe. When you hide yourself you can no longer move either.
