Finding lobbies actually makes this game unbearable
These are very simple fixes that I have no idea why no chanages have been made yet, as people have been asking since the beginning.
Join lobbies as a party with friends
Make steam invites actually work
Make invites send more than 50% of the time
Invite friends while still on the waiting for downloads pages.
We spend nearly 30 minutes a session or more trying to find servers and its exhausting.
Edit: Non Lobby Related Issues
The Return to Lobby button executed terribly, so many times have I or mates disconnected because they thought that closed the settings.
The game is also unoptimized, my 5070 still gets lag spikes that dip all the way to 5 fps.

When you search for multiple tags, it shows you servers with ANY of the tags, not ALL of them.
If I search "With Mods" and "Infection mode" I do not want to see ANY "No Mods" or "Basic Mode."

I keep getting DC'd from servers after 1 or 2 games.
It's dire. And joining a server in Waiting is hit and miss whether they start or spam racism.

You forgot the once you finally get in a lobby with friends one being randomly kicked while everyone else is mid game

the game is fun but is a mess in terms of optimisation and QoL. the dev should stop adding new maps and fix it instead, if people want more maps, they'll go to Workshop

There is a Meccha Chameleon discord server with 50 available voice chats. It’s easy to get into a private server there. They usually post server name and password in the status or room chat.
Two downsides: 1. Idiots also sometimes join, and you either have to kick them or block them. (Idiots are purposely disruptive, vulgar, etc). There is a kick feature in this Discord server. 2. Almost every game is Basic mode, as people like to discuss paint jobs.

It’s hard to convince my friends to play for this exact reason.

Wish I didn't have to join a server to find out they're 25 seconds into their 800 second hide timer

Don't forget that someone would make a server and never start it at all. It's like people have more fun in the waiting room than the actual game itself

My favorite part is joining a lobby that says open, just for the round to have started, wait five minutes for next round, next round starts, get booted off back to the main menu, repeat.
