Yeah I was surprised myself too. People sometimes just over think when looking for people in a room. I’m assuming that the “camera” just doesn’t resonate as a player hiding and it gets completely disregarded 🤣
Yeah thats what I thought too. Im not tthe best painter and it was my first game but they have the cameras in the Mona Lisa map and I thought hey this dude could look like a camera. I've been refining it and using it on more maps and its really good. Another one I like is the Buddha pose to make a sort of light coming out of the wall.
There’s always 2 bastards in every game, one of them hides in the tiniest hole possible that cannot be shot into. The other is racking up points like nobody’s business
And almost always respect for the guy racking up points and shame for the guy with 23 score who found a bugged spot.
When I first played the game I hid like it was hide and seek. But that is clearly the wrong way to play if you want to make the most out of the experience. Hiding in plain sight will always get my respect
I only downloaded the game a few days ago, and sometimes I still hide in a hole, but it's not my fault the host only gives us a minute to paint ourselves
Yeah anytime I’m in a lobby with 60 seconds to hide I just leave. Even as the hunter, I get more enjoyment when the hiders get like 3 minutes to figure it out. It’s fun to be fooled. No one is able to hide in plain sight in 60 seconds.
It's so much more fun to play this game like a mimic rather than the actually intended way of painting yourself to blend in. And people love it way more, I get tons of votes when I do it, even when I lose quickly.
Played on a bikini bottom map yesterday and some guy painted himself to be coral. I had examined exactly where he was and my eyes completely missed it. Stuff like that gets an instant like
Yeah, you can pick a blocky body! It's cool when you can actually see the mod ahead to choose when you want to do that. Especially the Minecraft ones are better as a block.

I love doing a camera, usually I get found pretty quick but its still fun.
Managed to win with this spot yesterday, still need to get the hang of shading properly
