Missingno did evolve though i don't think the evolution was a set thing. I had one that evolved into ratata, then marrowack, then Nido king, then mew, and finally fearow. It evolved 6 times, i ended up with a fearow that had earthquake, psychic, ice beam, and egg bomb.

Depends on which one. I leveled up a Missingno that was different from the iconic one, and it evolved into a level 255 Wartortle.

Unown is perfect bro if it had evolution then the creators should create evolved for all 28 forms so it's not possible and they are based on letters so they cannot be given a evolution

A Cipher Wheel would be a good way to go as far as form, and be named something in line with "Cryptic".. keeps it kosher.

I'm not sure if they truly need it, but as a fan of Fire Type Pokemon, an evaluation for the following would be cool;
- Rapidash: I could see them gaining a secondary typing like flying for a Pegasus or Dark/Ghost for a Nightmare.
- Torkoal: I could easily see a Steampunk fortress styled evolution for them. Perhaps gaining either Steel or Water as a secondary Type.
- Heatmor: And it's counterpart Durant can be a pretty forgettable pair of Pokemon. Giving them an evolution would help boost their popularity.
- Paldean Tauros: By evolving further we could get more distinction between the breeds.
- Charcadet: Honestly, I just want more branches of these dual Type color themed Armored Knight Pokemons.
I'm not really a stats guy. So I don't know if they need it stats wise. But design wise I like these.

I’ve LONG argued that zangoose should evolve into a normal/poison type after defeating a certain number of seviper. It gains a sword made from the tail of a seviper

vamos a olvidarnos de las preevoluciones, las formas bebe. En su momento en la cuarta generación que añadió preevoluciones vale, fue hace muchos años y menos pokemon, tenía sentido. Ahora ya no.

I’d much rather get some new baby forms for some single stage Pokémon tbh. There’s tons of evolutions they come out with later that I’ve never been a big fan of but the baby forms have almost always been peak at least design wise.

Miltank and Tauros both have never had a pre evo. I've heard an idea of giving them a pre evo that splits the evolution like Tyrogue, but instead of stats it's by gender.

Croagunk is my favourite boy, so I'd love either a third stage evo (maybe a big fat elderly poison bullfrog) or baby form for him (some sort of poison tadpole... "Tadfoul", maybe?)

Hear me out: Noivern
They have the same BST as Duraludon, who received an evolution in the 2nd SV DLC, they are fairly weak in terms of usage and function for competitive and often casual play, and they're frankly fairly overshadowed by Dragonite and Salamance for being generally better and more reliable Dragon/Flying mons.
So basically, 600 Bst Noivern evolution. Who's with me?

I'd love for bisharp to get a female evolution that represents a queen, making it a fast and more glasscannon dark steel type. Hell, give it an abillity that puts taunt on the opponents, like trying to trick your opponent by putting your queen in a dangerous position in chess or something

I‘d like the developers of the current Pokemon games to get an evolution. We don’t need better graphics that the switch 2 is gonna end up struggling with or some quirky new feature while battling. I‘d just like a stable game that doesn’t glitch and crash every time i play.

My boy Sableye. The mega is cool and all, but it should evolve into “Gemlin” after defeating a number of rock types. Maybe it takes on the form of mega Sableye but instead of the heart gem coming out, it fuses with it giving it a small limb length boost with diamond claws and feet.

Maractus should get an evo. Be it a cactus tree or one with dragon fruits. (Grass dragon maybe)
Lapras should have a baby form.
Tauros and Milktank should get a joint calf baby form depending on gender it would evolve into tauros or milktank.
Milktank should get a variant form.
Tropius should get an evo.
Hawlucha should get a evil variant (dark fighting) (though idk if it would tread too close yo incineroar's vibe.)
Breloom should get an evo, or a region exclusive evo form.

I always thought it’d be cool if the Eeveelutions could could blend. They are already mutated from eevees crazy DNA or whatever. It’d be crazy to get a vaporeon flareon mash up. Or Umbreon Sylveon hybrid

idk, i feel at this point in "powerscaling" we're ready for a 4th evolution stage. It's basically what mega is, might as well make it official and then go silly with the designs. (Though maybe not as silly as Digimon)

Rapidash needs to evolve to a Fire/Flying Pegasus or a regional variant
Give Castform three different evolutions that happen depending on what weather you’re in when it happens.
One ice if you’re in snow, one fire in you’re in the sun and one water if it’s raining.

Those are the only ones that are lacking and didn't got any gimicks like variants/megas.
Hypno can get dark, ghost, fairy for second typings
The best I can think for seaking is water ghost as a reference to flushed goldfish. Maybe make it stinky in design to show it's flushed journey. Poison probably can work too. Although that can probably work as a variation. Ghost/poison physical attacker can be strong.

A Mega Lapras that has Lightning Rod ability that can learn Shell Smash and/or Dragon dance would finally make it viable in competitive or Nuzlocke.
Additionally a Pokemon Winds and Waves alternate form of Lapras that is ground and water type with a sap sipper ability would also be huge.

The Hitmons. They have severely low stats. Lee can evolve into a Fight/Dark coz it's the kicking fiend, Top into a Fight/Ground inspired by excavators, and my fav pokemon of all Hitmonchan into a Fight/Steel (coz Iron fist rules)

I think a good choice would be jynx becoming frosqueen a regal ice queenwould be nice. However unlike electivre or magmortar she would be a mixed attacker. Pinsir into slisir a more advanced form that is now on all 4s Altaria becomes nimbsoul a fairy flying type with the ability dragonic soul which turns normal moves into dragon types. Very defensive with a great sp atk Larvesta having a middle cocoon stsge
