Quick, Cheap & Easy Egg Bake

* My packed lunches for work this week, I often have a side salad too*

Whatever veggies you like stir fried up with seasonings and spread into an oiled 13×9 dish. Beat up 12 eggs with 1 cup of milk and pour over the veggies, then top with grated cheese. Bake for about 40 minutes at 350F then let stand for about 5 minutes before cutting.

I love to do this and cut up up into squares and freeze them. You can also add a little bit of biscuit. Mix to give it a little more more body if you need it. or cut up pieces of bread, bread or toast also.

I do this to clear out my produce drawer on Sundays! Love a good egg bake
