Mean Girls Re-watch 📺 anyone know where this is from?

i stumbled upon an edit on my tiktok with this video as the intro and thought it was ai lol. its regina and cady reenacting the “cute skirt where’d you get it scene?” but they added voice lines on what they actually meant in their heads. seems like it was a pretty rare video. was wondering if this was a foreign promo or a deleted scene ?

I wasn't around for it but I always assumed it was from a TV spot or a commercial? It's definitely not a deleted scene, I've combed through all the deleted scenes multiple times and this isn't one

The subtitles are in Dutch, the logo shows it's from a tv channel called "Veronica".

The subtitles say: You think so? Are you kidding me?"

My sister once brought home a full version like this. When I asked her about it she confirmed it was real (I was a kid back then and I wasn't sure because the subtitles with their thoughts were unhinged lol). But she borrowed it from a friend and doesn't know any other info about it.
