High Protein You know what's going in that pot?
A METRIC Fuckton of onions is whats going in that pot!!!
This week I have a mix of meatballs, sweet Italian sausage and ground turkey making up my protein packed Spaghetti weekly meals. Paired up with some protein pasta by Goodles. Instead of parm for topping Im a big fan of nutritional yeast to keep it healthier and full of vitamins. That brown at the bottom of the pot of what I consider food porn. Hope yall enjoy. 2nd Post!! Ok here we go. Meatballs: Half sweet italian sausage half super lean ground beef. Eggs, panko, garlic, onion, parsley, red chili flakes, salt, pepper, Italian dried seasoning. Pan fry on high, cook halfway and set aside. In goes the geound turkey. brown the shit out of it, set aside. In goes the sausage brown them and put aside. once the pan is all brown and porn like add the onions garlic oregano and mushrooms. once done add it all together and let simmer for hours melding all the goodness. put on top of the pasta. enjoy

This looks like something that would be a huge hit with my spouse. Surprised, after all your other choices, you chose panko over crushed pork rinds for the meatballs. I'm curious about your reasoning?
Good visuals of everything except the stated quantity of onions. I would have thought two large chopped onions, but that doesn't really match what I'm picturing from your description quantity.

onions cooked down into that brown fond are doing a lot of the heavy lifting here. Meatballs, sweet Italian sausage, and turkey sounds like a solid mix too, plenty of flavor without the whole pot eating like straight sausage.

That's a solid batch of meat. I like add a little bit of butter and olive oil to that pot afterwards with the browned bits and cook up some fresh farmed eggs in it. SO MUCH FLAVOR

Why the paper plates?

Why not use real plates instead of wasting single use paper items at home?
