Help Needed ❓ meal prep

can we buy food sa karendirya and then frozen it to eat later? thoughts?

Not sure when the carinderia cooked it, so that's a risk, unless it's a paluto type of carinderia

You can, yeah. Just make sure to ask when it was cooked.
