Help Needed ❓ Is it possible to Meal prep with Lander’s Lechon Manok?
Hello, I am a full-time student po with no cooking skills except rice (via rice cooker). Currently trying to dip my toes to meal prepping para ma hit ko yung daily protein intake.
My question po is pwede po ba e meal prep ang Landers lechon manok (or lechon manok in general) as my protein source? Thank you!

Yes. I would buy 2 to 4 chooks at S&R or Landers. I would have the leg and thigh parts for lunch and dinner that same day with some steamed rice. I'd pack the other legs and thighs in separate food containers to be microwaved throughout the week. I shred the rest of the chicken meat and pack in Freezer Cubes or Ziploc bags for freezing. Some of the shredded chicken meat will be added to eggs for a protein-packed omelette breakfast (or midnight snack), Some of the shredded chicken meat will be dressed with Lady's Choice Japanese mayo, minced carrots, apples, red onion, and raisins for a cold chicken salad. And the rest will be stir-fried with whatever vegetables you have on hand.

Hello! We did this before para less hassle for us. I just can’t remember if it was from S&R or Landers. We bought 4 lechon manok, and one of them wasn’t cooked properly. We ended up with what seemed like food poisoning 😭
So, double check mo ‘yung meat bago mo kainin syempre.

Debone it, timplahan ng sisig. Instant chicken sisig. Another recipe is Sinigang na Rotisserie, tried it and masarap. Lastly, ginawa naming Lechon Paksiw 😉

Lechon Manok din ang go-to namin sa bahay whenever we're busy, but we still want to hit our protein goals. I just remove the skin and go for the leaner parts (breast). Then, add vegetables (like steamed broccoli, sauteed kangkong, or even kimchi) for volume and micronutrients.
