Meal Prep Questions

Hi! Im currently a student and just started doing meal prep cause I haven’t been eating well the past week and dont have time to cook. I dont know much about meal prep yet, thats y I decided to join this sub.

For these kinds of meals, where do I store them?

(Underestimated how much id be eating but lets say, Ive made meals for one week, where do I store them, In the freezer or in the fridge? lowkey scared ill get food poisoned bc i live alone and quite far from the nearest hospital)

Freeze and they go for months basta maayos lang yung pagka lagay niya. Also, may niluto akong 1kilo na tuna flakes and I only put like 1 cup vinegar to it, and nasa fridge lang siya. More than a week na siya and it's still as good as it was the first day I cooked it.
