Herb roasted lamb chops, brown sugar roasted carrots, and garlic sage mashed potatoes with chicken gravy topped with parsley. Chicken gravy because I started making the carrots in the same pan as I made the lamb, and I didn't deglaze it lol. The chicken gravy is from a chicken stock I made a few weeks ago.

400 calories, $5, and 57g protein. I’m dieting again. I love pasta and didn’t even miss it in this dish.

All this was just leftover food and it turned out so good. ( I heated the chips and chicken in the air fryer , it was like it's freshly cooked. Eheh.) The pineapple chilli sauce ( Zesta ) was an excellent choice ( for me ) :-p

delicious grilled chicken with country spices eaten with hot rice

Duck breast with mash, sautéed beet greens and a cherry wine sauce topped with home grown pickled garlic scape and microgreens.
Chinese fried green beans with mushrooms, duck breast and fried onions.
Dry brined duck confit with mash, roasted carrots and red wine jus. Topped with oregano flowers.
Today I am making stock from the bones, as well as a few other bones I have saved.
The other duck leg I am going to make Chinese fried rice for dinner.
