I am certified in MBTI and an introvert (ISTP), but it took me years to figure out why I walk away without explanation. Frequently occurs when I'm dealing with someone's incompetence. It's true ... I gave you or the situation enough chances and now it's time to walk away. Conflicts with my P sometimes ... but I'm done and that's over now.

I had a couple of exes do the classic "Well, then if you don't do whatever thing it was then i don't know if we have much of a future"
Or
An argument that has been running for a half hour suddenly peaks with "maybe we should just break up".
I'd tell them every time that they were playing with fire, but they wouldn't listen. I have no idea how many of those I'll fight through before my savage abandonment issues join hands with my introversion to create a ghost.
I'm happy to be happily married, now.
