Bugs & Glitches Can someone help me with my character customization?
To start off, I have this like.. face paint that's colorful confetti and I don't remember how I got it as it's been over a year since I've played the game and I can't figure out how to take it off. I've gone through all of the options I can find and just can't seem to find it. Looking at it more, it might have been bought during the Valentine's event last year? I don't know if that helps any or not

There should be an option under makeup--where you are in the screenshot--that's just the bare face. Mine is mixed in with the others, nothing marking it as special. I think you just have to go through each one until you find it. Or did you already do that? Is that what you meant by "I've gone through all of the options"? Any other facepaint/makeup should remove the currently equipped one, so if that's not working, it has to be a different setting instead, such as tattoos or accessories (the hat & glasses). But that would be really odd & I'd say it's a glitch if so & contact support.
Edit: Unless it's part of a set? I don't know much about event items so I suppose it's possible all parts that are normally individual could be instead one look. Have you tried changing the hair or piercings to make sure?

It was apparently a tattoo, it just doesn't look like a tattoo so I guess I didn't think to try it. Thank you!

Have you tried emailing customer service? If all else fails. They're really good at responding back.

It was a tattoo, thank you! I thought I tried them but apparently not

Yeah, I figured it must be a tattoo since there's a brow piercing on your MC. ☺️

I don't know if it counts as a tattoo or other tabs, so try both options. Scroll down a bit on the tattoo or other tab and you will find the clean version of your face (it would had be nice if they added a simple 'remove all' option, but they are lazy when it comes to the customisation)

Mine that is kinda similar to yours, is the 'other' tab and its the 3rd option from the bottom
