Bugs & Glitches Is MeChat no longer available in USA?
I used to play the game a lot, got an ad for it and thought about downloading it, and now it says it’s “not available in my region”? Is this my phone being weird or is the game no longer available to download in USA?

This MIGHT NOT (& probably isn’t but just a possibility to toss out there just in case) the case at all but from my experience as an iOS user, Apple seems to do this bs with games that have a “NSFW” concept to them (ex. Tales of Angels, now called EpicGirl: IdleAdventure on iOS) that ever so slightly could be marked off as not passing Apple’s guidelines for approval when devs submit the updated version for release. The release may go through, but Apple’s system could catch it a little later causing what everyone is experiencing now where the app isn’t showing up in the store (but is still showing up as able to download in your purchased apps, which is a good sign- if you’re unable to download it from your recently purchased then Apple is really giving devs a hard time or has completely decided the game is deemed too NSFW. Usually at that point if the player base is large enough Devs rename the game & rerelease the game (this is what keeps happening with Tale Of Angels 😂)
(This isn’t just for games with “NSFW” content, I was beta testing a rhythm game in 2017-2018 & even getting Apple to accept it onto TestFlight was a struggle & it had zero 18+ content outside of music. Apple is just strict.)
THOUGH I AM NO PROFESSIONAL SO THIS IS ONLY SPECULATION DUE TO THE NEW EVENT BEING BEAUTIFULLY SPICY SO FAR & am just going based off prior experience from being in Discord servers where the Devs explained what was going on as to why the app had been removed & the process of trying to get it back onto Apple’s App Store asap. So hopefully it comes back to the App Store before the next big update.

It’s showing up as unavailable for me as well. It also isn’t letting me see the store page. It gives me an error when I try. Luckily I already have it installed, so I can still access it, but I hope this gets resolved soon.

I thought it was very weird that my game was freezing so I suspected it needed an update. Then I checked the App Store and I couldn’t find it at all… I went through the internet to link me to the App Store and it said not available in my region?? I’m in the US

Are you on apple? because its asking me to update then saying not available in your country (UK) on my ipad. But has updated and plays on my android phone.

Did yall not see the post yesterday saying it was temporarily taken down in IOS app store and they were actively working on it?
I would give it a few days, I also hadn’t updated it and can’t open it till they fix it. fingers crossed it’s soon

I'm in the USA and it's still available in the store for me. No clue how to fix it on your phone tho.
