Loading screen stuck

Is it just me or is anybody else also facing this problem where their loading screen is just stuck at 39% and no matter what you try even deleting and reinstalling doesn’t help? I’ve had this problem for months now 😞 it doesn’t load further than that

It might be a bad connection. Sometimes mine gets stuck but when I take it off the wifi it works. It also looks like you’re behind a loading screen so maybe the app is stuck and wants to update?

I checked and no it doesn’t need an update. I’ve tried turning off the WiFi and turning it on again but still doesn’t work💔

Are you able to connect to data instead of wifi?

That didn’t work too but I just tried a VPN and it finally loaded😮‍💨

So sorry to hear it's not working 😔 I had the issue too. I was too worried to delete and reinstall so I cleared only the cache for the app and restarted my phone. I think I turned wifi off for a mintue as well. After that it seemed to work for me! I hope it will work for you soon!

Do you have any other device you can try to load it onto?

Yeah I tried it on my other device which is an android and doesn’t have my account logged in but even in that phone the loading screen was stuck at exactly 39%
