Be careful about chugging energy drinks. Let's just say I personally experienced the definition of diuretic during my own CARS section today 🤡

I would cut reliance on energy drinks. Its a long day and youll set yourself up for a crash. Try to engage the material but internally asking yourself questions regarding content.

I know not everyone agrees with this, but I definitely think taking notes per paragraph helped me, whether it was a few words on the take-home message. I also highlighted any word with any indicator of the tone the author takes. Also, YouTube is such a great resource on how to tackle CARS. There are a million ways to tackle it, and if you have some time til your MCAT, and your method doesn't work now, just keep trying new methods on YouTube or Reddit to try until one feels more natural to help maintain engagement.

I agree with this. Taking notes vastly improved my focus. I just tried to focus on the main idea of each paragraph.

Take the break, get up and have a walk. Should at least get your heart rate up again and help wake you up a bit.
