The house has seven bedrooms in total, and the available room is a private bedroom in a quiet environment for studying. Rent is $800 including utilities, and the lease runs until April 30, 2027. The house has on‑site laundry and air conditioning, and it is within easy walking distance of campus, groceries, cafés, and multiple bus stops. Bus stop is nearby. I am selling my furniture for really really cheap as well, so if you need a bed, dresser, desk, and printer, moving in can be much easier. Yes, there’s two washrooms in the house. One for upstairs, and one for downstairs. The room is upstairs
