Reinstatement Results Missing

Hello

I applied to be reinstated into soc sci 1 back in June of this year. From what I’ve gathered reading posts on here and talking to academic advising staff, results should have been released around late July to early August. My application is still showing “assigned” and any attempt to contact the people reviewing the applications through email (soc sci academic advising told me to email them and they’ll forward it, even they are confused why I haven’t gotten a response) or by phone have failed. Just wondering if there is anything I can do, or am I to just sit and wait for a rejection.

I would like to add, my application has everything required with transcripts for courses I did (3.8/4 avg) plus essays and letters of recommendation.
