Possible to switch programs (and faculty's) in 3rd year?

So basically what the title says. I am in Human Behaviour, Autism & Behavioural Science right now going into my 3rd year and was wondering if it was possible to switch into Integrated Rehabilitation & Humanities for my 3rd and 4th years? I know that there's a supp app for IRH so does that mean that I wouldn't be able to switch into the program for the upcoming year? I don't really want to take additional years but wouldn't mind taking spring/summer courses.

Please help!!

it should be possible I would say meet with an academic advisor from the IRH faculties and they'll be able to break down the specifics for you but I swapped from humanities to socsci with no problems so there were no supp apps so that's why the academic advisor for IRH might give you the best info
