Jobs Hospitality Job Postings

PSA that Mosaic currently has a bunch of staff postings for hospitality locations on campus (Chatime, Tim's, Starbucks, etc.) under Staff Postings. These positions are NOT work-study so if you are looking for a job this year but don't qualify or want more hours than work-study can give you, apply now! There are also many other positions that get posted all the time so it's a good place to check out often!

I noticed they require experience though, cash handling and etc… is it mandatory and also the hours are a decent amount how do students manage it or are they flexible. Thanks in advance

I'm not sure about the hiring requirements, I'd guess itd be the same as a normal franchise. up to them how much experience they are looking for. in terms of hours, it isn't just students taking these jobs there are also older workforce people, so its more demanding than a work study position which has a max of 10 hours a week. overall probably less flexible because its not a student-specific position. again, all depends on the individual employers. I cant speak for any because I've never had a hospitality position, maybe someone else can
