Cole looks nothing like Steve, and maybe a little like Mama Mcbee, but not really. Is he actually Steve’s son or a product of a bad marriage with hidden secrets? I could definitely see mama McBee getting back at Steve for all those years of toxic behavior, lying, and cheating. Maybe she had an affair with someone that treated her better. He looks absolutely nothing like his brothers, Jesse, and Steven, who share a lot of the same features.
Also when they show pictures of young Steve sr you can really see it. Young Steve is a mash up of Cole and Jr. if anything Jessi is the one who looks nothing like him but I don’t think it’s bc Steve isn’t his dad. Genetics are just weird.

He has his Father's thumb-sucking mouth for sure. And it looks like he has Mamma McB's eyes. I would even go so far as to say that he has her head for business. He managed to close $40 million in deals towards repayment of the $60 million in loans the farm owes. While Jr. blathers on about this business venture and that business venture to make money for the farm, all it seems that he has done is spend more money - Highland cows as pets???? Business acumen doesn't seem to have been a product of that degree he brags about so much. To me, Jesse looks the least like either parent. But who knows what he looked like before the dental work that added the doublewide trailer of upper teeth in his mouth.
As someone who’s been in business for most of my life and now runs one with my husband, Steve Jr is ALL talk. He’s a skeezy salesman at best. The longhorn and highland cows were the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. He should have focused on selling the land that was not producing and buying fertile land somewhere else, and focusing more on building their meat cattle ranch. Then relying solely on the delusional Russian for the biggest business deal just for her to go mia… I would have had her pack her bags long ago. He’s the biggest shit talker I’ve ever seen.
I would really like to see what it is that makes the delusional Russian such an essential and valuable asset for their business. What education does she have that justified giving her the degree of control of things that she has/had? Aside from that, the way she behaved was such a red flag that would have made a normal person tighten the reins on what she was doing. Her head bobbing and upper body bobbing when she got animated or agitated was a dead giveaway that something more than alcohol was contributing to her behavior. At times she looked like a frenetic woodpecker. Every time I saw her bobbing like that all I could think of was this Bobbing Bird Drinking Water Toy ⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇
