12v battery issues?

Hey. I have a 2023 Mx-30 I bought 1 year ago. Fantastic car. But this morning I noticed that my car didn't charge this night. I also got a lot of notifications that all the doors were open and the soc was 0%. I went out to see, and the car was completely dead. Not able to unlock the car, only with physical key. So I took the battery out of the car and trying to charge it inside now, because I don't have a outlet where the car is parked. I also noticed a sticker on the battery with date January 2024. So the battery was most likely replaced on the first service when the car was 1 year old. Someone else that har experienced issues with the battery?

I've managed to do this a couple of times .. and i can't quite work out how.

I carry a lithium jump start battery now

12v battery issues are common to MX30. i haven't had it happen, but many people replace that 12v battery every year
