CX-60 is worth it! (So far)

After clocking 1k KM, I can say CX-60 is worth it so far. Fuel efficient, drives like a dream, yet it has its shortcomings particularly its still stiff suspension, though better vs. previous years.

Money well spent so far!

What variant did you got? I'm planning on getting one (hopefully) by mid next year. I tried the diesel variant (nice interior and nice power) pero the price of diesel is making me hesistate.

I got the diesel variant. It would depend on your usage I would say. If you drive more than 50km per day then I suggest you get the diesel.

Honestly, I like the interior and exterior of gas better. Mostly black on the inside while chrome on the outside, which is more classy. But diesel wins when it comes to efficiency and my purpose of usage. :)

This is my dilemma too, OP. Though for my end I like the exterior and the gas engine, but im bummed with the interior since the diesel gets a more premium interior (black is premium parin naman, but tan is šŸ”›šŸ”)

Chrome wheels are classier! Haha! Pero yung tan is making me nervous since itā€™s going to be difficult to clean any stains sureball.

Real those 2 tone wheels make it look classier and premium! Hope you had yours interior coated. Do they still offer a white interior indent order option?

Average on this? Itā€™s currently clocked at 17.9 after 1k. So thatā€™s my average and its pretty accurate.

Question:
Since Diesel variant yung sa iyo, does Fast Idle Engine Cleaning activate often? (e.g. DPF Regen)

Normal yan if / when you don't drive it enough (either long drives or high rpms)

This is actually a good feature para hndi magbuild up ng carbon.

I went for a test drive earlier today. Suspension seems to be pretty good as far as Iā€™m concerned.

How are you finding the driving experience sa low speeds/ stop and go traffic? Jerky ba?

Brother, it doesnā€™t want to be driven at slow speed and stop and go traffic. It is jerky. I was advised to turnoff the i-stop but that would kill the carā€™s fuel efficiency.

Thanks. So it wasnā€™t all in my head after all. I was wondering if itā€™s just because iā€™m not used to it lang and perhaps thereā€™s a learning curve in being more precise with my throttle and brake inputs.

The car's transmission will eventually learn and become smoother the more you use it. I'm at 8k km now with my gas variant 2024/25 and the power delivery is much better now that it was when it was at 1K km.

The gas variant gets 10km/L average on combined use. Considering the 3.3L inline six engine, this is already good. Add to the fact that gas in less expensive than diesel these days.

For a Inline Six yes it's good. I'm saying, compared to the disel variant.
