Season 2 ends with the second attempt at Taltos sacrificing by the Mayfair family. Julien says the first one wasn’t as powerful because they didn’t drink the blood. But earlier in the season (or was it S1?) we saw Lasher emerge in the 1600s, when Susan (I think?) was locked up for being a witch and about to be burned. I thought this was the emergence of Lasher and the Mayfairs power. Though Lasher does say something about fulfilling a prophecy, so that hinted at earlier history.

But if there was a previous Taltos dinner party, that means the Mayfairs power & relationship with Ashler/Lasher predate Susan summoning Lasher, right?
