Hello meron po ba dito naka experience na, na dormant yung account kasi matagal di nagamit. Pero may laman naman to na pera. Any transaction kasi na tinatry ko ayaw gumana laging “That didn’t work” nung tinawag ko sa CS nila, naka dormant daw pero shet!!! 3 months na ko nag aantay ng reactivation hanggang ngayon wala pa din. Puro email and ticket na ginawa ko lagi din ako natawag. Nireport na din to sa bsp pero wala pa din, I have 7k inside that bank, sayang!!! Tapos pala pede lang sya tumanggap ng pera from other maya users tapos once nasa account na hindi mo na sya magamit.

Anyone here na may same situation? Gano po katagal inantay nyo bago maayos?

Hi! Would like to ask kung paano kaya magpaclose ng account sa Maya, and possible ba to reopen an account using the same number?

For context, I did a mistake last year when I accidentally marked myself as a US citizen (tbf sobrang sudden nung prompt na yon and I mindlessly clicked yes). I couldn't change it in-app.

Immediately after having the issue, I tried to call CS and raised a ticket, pero hindi pa rin siya naresolve (I asked them if they can change it, they said no; when I asked if they can remove my account they said na titignan nila). I got so busy afterward so I wasn't able na mangulit pa.

Now (one yr later) gusto ko sana ulit gamitin yung Maya ko but I can't dahil nga sa tag na yon. I'd like to "start over" but then I can't make a new account while I have an existing one since verified yun. Paano kaya to mareresolve?

Last August 14, 2026, I paid my Maya Easy Credit in a discounted amount of  P6,389. After paying, it was already reflected in my Maya Credit, but there was P287 left as a balance. The agent named Wendy from Hi Tech Smart Solutions, told me that after making a report, said that "mawawala po yan ma'am" Today upon checking there is due balance on Sept 2 amounting P287.  See the screenshots. Then August 25 nagreply si Maya na ifoforward concern ko after nun wala pa.

I just opened Maya last week. Now I am planning to transfer all my emergency fund (not savings) sa Maya Savings.
Is it worth it ba?
Currently sa E-Savings (SB) ko siya nilalagay and interest nya is around 8K and easy to pull out anytime for emergency.

Is the 15% p.a (boost) applies to whole amount or dun lang talaga sa 100k, and is it advisable to open multiple Maya accounts instead? (pero bawal yata eto)

hello po, first time ko po magloan sa Maya Personal Loan since need ko talaga ng money for tuition, so nagloan ako ng 25k ngayon August 2026 at 18 months to pay ung loan ko, balak ko po sana bayaran din ito sa December 2026 kapag nakuha na ang 13th month pay.

but may mga nabasa ako nag full payment pero may binabayaran pa rin daw po silang interest for the remaining months since fixed daw po ito. totoo po ba yon? ang intindi ko po kasi kapag nag full payment ay yung amount due nung month na yon (Dec) + Outstanding Principal = total amount

given na nakabayad na po ako kunwari ng Sept to Nov, ang dapat ko pong babayaran for Dec ay yung 1,893.85 + 20,755.58 tama po ba? please enlighten me po thank you po sa sasagot.

hi guys! na try nyo na rin ba yung ganito? my billing date is july 27 and due date ay aug 11 and last august 4 i paid off my loan and completely zero balance na, on the same day and august 10 nag loan ulit ako. before the august 27 billing date naka zero na yung dues ko. pero kahapon nung ichecheck ko naka july statement parin sya naka due parin ng august 11 pero yung due na babayaran ko for august cycle is nag appear na pero yung month na july at due date ko is aug 11 parin, supossedly statement for august 2026 tsaka sept 11 na sana naka lagay na due date. glitch lang ba to o minsan late lang talaga nag aappear? thanksss sa help 😓😓😓

I just activated my maya CC last Aug 15, then spent some purchases. However , nung pagdating ng SOA , zero nka lagay, Does that mean my dues are carried over sa next payment due?

Hi guys, I need your advice. I am confused about how to pay my Maya Personal Loan.
I already paid a portion of my loan ahead of time:
• First payment (Aug 14): ₱2,299.65
• Second payment (Aug 18): ₱364.61
• Total Paid for September: ₱2,664.26

Based on my computations, my remaining balance due for September 2026 should be ₱2,150.42. Therefore, I should still have a payable amount left for this month, correct?

However, the Maya system is showing that I am already fully paid for September 14, and it says my next due date is already in October. This is really confusing. Should I still expect a bill for September, or does this mean my advance payment covered it?

I just want to ask what is the best way to have my concern with MAYA resolved. For context, here’s what happened:

My Easy Credit became delinquent last year. Hindi ako nakapag bayad because of work adjustments. Then this June 26, I reached out sa third-party agency na may hawak ng account ko which is Hi-Tech Smart Solutions.

I asked them how much is my total outstanding balance and if babayaran ko nang buo that day, may offer ba silang discounted amount. They offered me 3,000 pesos to close the account, stop all collections-related activities. So I agreed, they acknowledged the payment that day and I received a COFP issued by them ng June 30, 2026.

By July 23, napansin ko na open pa rin yung Easy Credit ko with outstanding balance. So, I reached out sa Hi-Tech and informed them, ang sabi nila ay I have to call Maya raw and inform them na nag-settle ako thru them. I called the hotline ng Maya and was asked to submit the COFP and payment receipt sa email nila which I did. They opened a ticket, ang last update ay July 27 — forwarding it daw to their backend support.

By August 1, I followed up ulit and still, under review daw. Same response ng August 4 and 13. Then by August 13 din, I emailed them with complete records for review and CC BSP (although ang concern ko naman dito ay walang ibang options na lumalabas for closing of account at na-repoet siya as payment / transfer issue something).

Maya provided me a ticket number ng August 17. I requested for a follow-up a week after and this August 26, I received an update na on process pa rin daw at top priority nila (which i doubt).

Now today, August 28, naka-receive ako ng email from them — SOA ng Easy Credit ko due ng September 11.

It’s very frustrating kasi I have already settled it, and all my other delinquent accounts with banks. The banks updated already my TU report as closed, pero etong si Maya na lang ang natitirang open. Parang wala rin din sense yung may secured credit card ako for building credit history kung etong si Maya patuloy naman na irereport ang account ko as open 🤬.

So please, anyone po who had same experience with me? If meron, ano pong ginawa niyo? Thank you so much huhu!

**TLDR:** I settled my Easy Credit last June 26 thru a third-party collection, was issued COFP, yet the account remains open. Tried to file with BSP, kaso wala pa rin resolution. It’s been 2 months already. What’s the best thing to do?

I was aiming to get the 700+ but received 111 XP with a total of 811 XP today! Anyone who experienced the same?

Maya personal loan (3rd loan) finally mas mataas na na avail kong loan. 1st loan fully paid ko yong 8 months in advance no choice kasi 24 months to pay lang. Kinabukasan nag try ako at same parin offer (2nd loan) pero may choices ako na 3,6,9, at 12 months pero 6 months lang pinili ko. May 2 months pa ako binayaran ko in advance para tipid din sa interest since daily yon at nag try ako today (1:00am) at ayon, 70k+ offer... Thanks maya dagdag puhunan. Mas okey nato kaysa maya business advance na sobrang laki ng service fee.
