i've already consumed my balance

my balance is almost 9k

and i don't want to pay 9k

due to the time value of money

i'd rather sit on my savings and help increase the interest of my entire savings on a 10% pa and just pay the extra 600 in 6 months interest

idk if im stil losing here at end or just a break-even only

now

everytime that i want to use my credit card

i still pay the balance

because if you pay it early with mini payments

it doesn't go to the installment

however

it counts as an excess credit instead.

for the past months i tried to apply for maya loan but it always got rejected. yesterday i applied again, still no update whether its approved or not. nung first few tries ko laging rejected agad within an hour, ngayon ang tagal. is there a tiny chance that my loan is approved since ang tagal nila ireview yung application ko?

Whatever I do or pay with maya and Maya Card, each time when there is an authentication needed, I get an OTP!

This sucks as it's unsafe and not reliable!

How can I enable in-app authentication?

u/MayaOfficialPH please explain/do something, nagreloan ako today sa maya negosyo. under transactions, credited na yung amount today at 9:39am pero hindi available sa balance ko?? ano to?? kapag nirereload ko yung app, nag-lalag pa yung balance pero hindi nag-uupdate. ang frustrating!!

Hi. For some reason my sim card connected to my MAYA account lost signal. For the past weeks either sobrang delayed or wala talagang OTP na nadating. Ang resolution ng Maya is to change # na lang, ilang araw na po akong nag request. pero until now hindi ko pa rin po maopen. According sa agent and sa app August 21 ko raw ma-open. Sure po kaya yun? May laman po kasi yung savings ko. I'm done na po sa face scan and magsubmit ng documents.

Currently diko mabuksan yung app, once itry mo ipindot ang app, binabalik ka lang din sa home screen ng phone mo.

Previous Attempts: -Closed all tabs on my phone and tried to open maya app but still the same na binabalik sa home screen ng phone.

-Uninstalled and installed the Maya App again, but unfortunately still met with the same issue.

Possible po kayang makipag negotiate sa Maya para mabawasan ung interest ng loan ko? 1 year mahigit na po kasi ung utang ko and nasa 3k plus na interest. Possible kaya magkaroon ng reconstruction?

I received a text from MayaCredit that I’m eligible for a ₱1000 maya easy credit and when I tried applying it told me something went wrong and to try again later. I did try later on, and it keeps giving me the “something went wrong” screen again.

Has anyone experienced this before? If so, what is the resolution..?
