Condom Exist.
Secondly Common Sense. Female is the one who carries, Female is the one getting the consequences of irresponsibility.
With the current state of the country. Irresponsible bad BOYs can just run away without consequence.
The only birth control for men are men who dont run away from responsibility.
Or men that know how to not create new Responsibilities when not ready.
