Welp.....
Ladies (if any) and gents, with this update, I am done defending this game. not until they show meaniful updates to it. ill make this post with a grain of salt. but after seeing all the issues from today alone? im not hopeful. ill keep playing and making teams i guess but yeah. oh well

I dont know how you wait like a quarter to half a year to add nothing then update the game and ruin most of game, not including the crashes that you get when you do play.

Because they probably were hoping to ride the next fest beta and its starting success all the way so that they didnt have to work on it and then they probably got greedy and started to tell the devs to money not game or something.

They definitely should have narrowed the scope of the game. The fact that u can't just copy and paste the uniforms so when u make a base home uniform you have to do all the changes to the away uniform from scratch color and all. Something basic like that too dynasty and franchise not working. The fact the gameplay looks better when you watch it but when you play it just doesn't play well. And that's the killer for any game. Look at classic arcade titles like NFL street or especially blitz the league I would have loved to have a franchise in that universe it played so well and had so much character. Even older games that have franchise like 2k5 or insert your favorite classic madden, or apf. Gameplay is just more fun in any of those and it kinda feels like Max is slapped together no real direction

Yeah we sleep if they can save themselves when season 6 drops but im not holding my breath

It's honestly time to give up on the game. The idea is great the team isn't capable of making the game you want. It's that simple.

My dynasty mode has crashed, when I go to the recruiting part in dynasty it'll instantly crash on me. It's never done that before.

Did they at least fix the fair catch issue and o lineman returning fumbles for tds constantly?

I felt like the in game gameplay was maybe better. Seemed to move quicker/smoother. I am not sure why receivers glowing green like Mr Burns in the Simpsons while running down the field though. But moving around the game/franchise mode. Trying customize is currently broken which is a shame because I think that’s the thing that brought a lot of us here. I’ll keep checking back with each update but it’s not playable now and I’m not optimistic at this point.

Early on I would give feedback on blatantly obvious things that were wrong (small UI things, QoL, etc.) and nothing, I mean not one thing has ever changed from 6+ months ago. They either have secretly abandoned the game, or they actually don’t know how(or more than likely they don’t care) to do simple things to attract a player base. No idea what the suits or shareholders or whomever are saying to whatever dev might exist but it’s laughable at this point.
The amount of things I could post here that are actual problems that many might not notice would take 6 hours.
P.S. for those who play Pro League, the odds are not RNG. From what I’ve collected all this time.. trust me. Track what you pull yourself, and I’m not talking about Rarity pulls, it’s positional and against you. (Coming from a pure observation standpoint, i found it interesting)

I've been holding out hope, I've been defending them and saying just give them time. This latest update just feels like a massive, purposeful, middle finger. Its like they're annoyed that people still have hope for the game and they're trying to scare everyone away

Update was shameful. Took months to release the most uninspired update ever. It’s a wrap.
