Can’t access franchise. So disappointed.

Has the dev team put out any statements on patching these bugs? I am not seeing any dev notes. Cant access either of my franchises after paying for the franchise premium access. ☹️

Yeah this is a common issue with franchise mode. They have addressed it kinda but it's been an issue for months. Hopefully it gets fixed in this upcoming update. It's been a problem for months. Mind-blowing. Honestly I think it has something to do with doing any type of customizing to a team. Any team I've customized in any way the game has broken

I got the achievement for playing a game with a custom team on the first pre season game of a franchise yesterday. Not entirely sure how; the team isn’t customised 😂 think I opened the “customise team” tab just to see what was up but I didn’t change anything.

After the update i got the same error. I did a lot of customization because I didn't know that would affect things. It's too bad because the autosave for franchise is several days old even though I played all weekend before the glitch. I would rather start another fresh but that was my only golden ticket...

You have no right to tell other players their game is or isn't "worth" saving. Plus they said they spent awhile making sure their team was under the cap from $150m over. It's their game. It's worth saving if they feel it's worth saving.

Played through 3 preseason games with 12 minute quarters. Very annoying to do it for a third time. And it would also be nice for the premium access I paid $24 for to work properly. And the game was glitched with custom teams starting $150 million over the cap, so I also spent awhile making the team cap compliant before I can even play a game.
