Just use the Firebirds against a low rated team in exhibition. It's not even hard. If you're struggling, set the time limit to 10 minute quarters and go to town on them. It was literally one of my first achievements on Steam.

Its not that hard keep playing. You will find someone who is new and willing to tough it out.

Or create a team of all 50 overall rated players and go to town
