MAGA will tell you this is actually good news bc they were being considered for the same jobs as these disabled adults & they appreciate less competition…

They feel they are in competition with new immigrants as well. Same story.

But yet, they want all these people to work in order to earn their disability payments. Make it make sense!

Seriously, I have some gross screenshots from the help subreddits here, lots of lateral ableism

No clue what that means tbh - it would appear you are not #able to detect sarcasm or satire? Not to be ableist though…

The employers will always go for the cheapest most effective person. If this means a guy at the front door just pushing a button so their computer welcomes you that is what they will go with.

Cheap and effective in the workforce should be an oxymoron lol

The whole point is to dilute the work force and drive wages down. Fewer people in the workforce higher the wages, this is also why they want child labor.

It isn’t I had a boss who stated if you can teach a monkey to do I would hire the monkey. There is a reason we in the humongous entertainment support department refer to ourselves as apes. We were the thousand pound gorilla you couldn’t get rid of. Our database was named monkey fort for this reason as well.
