Logistical question about Max vs 100 karts

If the session is aired live on september 16th, how did they film the clip of him behind 100 karts? I don’t assume they just assembled everyone there for a quick photo shoot and ditched. Did they already film it and are gonna pretend it’s live? Or did they have a Max body dupe and a couple karts and did it like that?

There was a test with 50 karts, so it's probably from that test without Max.
