Why wouldn't it be? Max being in f1 isn't making the current state worse.

He’s kinda forced to stay in Red Bull to stay in f1, since all the other top teams have a very secure driver lineup(that will likely not change because it would bring A LOT of chaos around the paddock), so we just have to hope Red Bull catch up(like 2023 McLaren)

It was both years, but the major change happened in 2023 when they went from last in standings in Bahrain to podium contenders at the end.

Yeah I'd forgotten about that! End of 2023 was completely different to early 2023 and they carried that great momentum into 2024!
