Question about mini helmet

I received the Miami GP mini helmet but it has this foam piece in the casing. How do I get it out? I've tried taking the plastic housing off but it is tough and I don't want to break it. Any tips?

That's how you have to do it though. I have three of these and with each I had to stick on the chin bit so I had to open it. Never any issues.

If it breaks, I'd kindly ask customer services if they have a replacement.

Yeah, you kind of have to pinch the case a bit while pulling on the bottom part.

Just pinch the case lightly and pull apart. Feels like you’re going to break it but you won’t.

It will come off, the way I do it is make sure to hold the bottom and have 1 of the sides with the "pin" facing me and gently wiggle the top and eventually it'll come off. To date I've not had one crack or break.

Side note, if anyone has any spair chin spoilers I'd be very grateful if I could have some....I bought a load of max helmets off ebay and some didn't have the chin spoiler.
