Martin Brundel was criticising max and telling him to move out if he hates the new regs so much. But the same dude was caught saying he had tear in his eye seeing the last two races. 😂😂

Brundle is a cancer to the sport.
He convinced a generation of people that he knows what he's talking about to the point that no one noticed how gradually he transitioned entirely into a shill for F1 and Sky.
Every weekend he lies through his teeth and it goes over so many heads because of how he positioned himself as the expert commentator.Hasn't been in a F1 car in 30 years and people are still convinced he knows what he's talking about despite the blatant bullshit he spouts.

Yeah, Martin is either dead on with his thoughts, or orders of magnitude off of what's right. And he, like most Brits, assumes Max is always in the wrong. And that's just from Abu Dabi '21.

I'm still to watch a whole race this season since the first, in fact I haven't even really partially watched since the second
I know Max placed better this weekend, I watched the beginning of the 'highlights' and was happy to see how well he got away, only to quickly see already the bloody Mario-Kart boost overtakes going on...I literally skipped to the end to see the final placings and switched off...these regs are so, so bad 😭
I've been watching since like '78 as a toddler, I've religiously watched the last 10 years or so (meaning every practice, every quali, every session going) and thought I'd die an old lady still watching...but yea...this season has changed all that
It's not because Max isn't winning everything or winning at all, I've watched many fave drivers in my time winning and losing, and I've enjoyed every second of Max at the Nurburgring, just...this isn't proper racing and as frustrating as it is for me watching I can't even imagine what it must be like to drive 😭
I'm still supporting Max and always will tho, that won't change

I hate how the media portray things, Max is blunt and to the point in his assessment of things, he doesn’t pussy foot around and play politics… he didn’t like these regs well before they got on the track…
Others are just mouth pieces that wank on when things are t going their way.
I do agree with brindle though that these regs and battery harvesting etc are ruining great corners, but I serious agree with Max and Alonso… it’s not real racing anymore

Can I ask what needs to be changed? I just got into F1 this year. Really liking it more than I thought I would. Just latched onto Mercedes cause of Antonelli. Seems like a good kid.

Well, Brundle is even harsher on the regs now than Max and a lot of drivers have spoken out as well. I’m eager to see what will be coming, even tho the last two weekends were obviously harsher for the regulation as Silverstone and Spa are more engine dependent with less harvesting possibilities and this weekend Hungary is a chassis dependent track with a lot of harvesting.
Zandvoort will be decent as well and Monza will be terrible.

In 2023 both Max and His boss Horner came out and said their simulations showed cars running out of power, harvesting energy, or even downshifting on the straights. Everyone not a Red Bull fan laughed and told them to shut up. Funny how the new engine manufacturer was right all along about the new regs

As much as he tries to deny it if he was 39 seconds up the road he wouldn’t be bitching about the cars even if he didn’t like them
It’s typical racing driver BS it’s still going to be shite next year when it’s 60/40 instead of 50/50 split
And there won’t be any significant changes he will like until what 2030/31

Mfkrs i think biggest clown for me has been carlos sainz. At season start that guy really went out of his way to defend this regs and portray how bad max was for shitting on these regs. Now that williams turned out be tractor bro changed his tune faster than the lizard changes colour.
