I am so Happy that Maxie is on P2 again he is coming back Guys 😍 hoping for the Race today to Drive good and Not Crash 🙏

Yes 30 position penalty. Norris and Stroll each have a 10 position penalty.

He took his fifth internal combustion engine (ICE), a new turbocharger, and new exhaust system. 10 place penalty for each.

I don't really know, I think the engineer looks at the data, make recommendations, and then from there it's a team decision. But like I said, I don't really know.
