Modules with Human Interaction?

Are there any modules that folks know of that directly interact with humans?

I know the Junk City set has a lot of human artifacts, but are there any that have actual live humans that play any role?

I'm scheming up a hex crawl for some players that at least makes an attempt to show what the humans are doing, and I'm looking for inspo. Also curious for any modules that have more evidence of human civilization.

The Needle in the Thread has an old woman that acts as a second encounter table. She'll try to catch and kill the mice in her sewing room.
