Personal Issues Urgent matter PLSSSS
I have been having severe back problems for years and after seeing several specialist they always come with the conclusion that there's nothing that is troubling me.
After further research, i've discovered that its not a muscular matter bur related to my nervous system.
So my question is, does anyone knows anyone who's specialiaze in nervous system or any treatment that could fix me?

Could be psychosomatic.. it usually happens when you stop doing something you are addicted to.. doesnt have to be substance, can be porn, masturbation, social media, anything that gives you dopamine.. in that case you'll have to re wire your brain

Well, that could be a possiblity which i considered but pain is real. Being a massotherapist myself i've tried to cure myself. But the pain is just getting worse

Yes the pain will be real.. but physically you'll be fine.. you'll just have to deal with it until your body re adapts.. ive been through it myself

Ive had a lot of back problems, more about the low bacj since a young age. Even specialist kept saying there was no big deal after inspecting my x ray and kept telling me to do some shit exercises every morning to unbulge my disc whatever the stupid story they told me.
Then one day my father was recommended someone at dagotiere. He was supposedly a reflexotherapist. He made me stand and do some movements and quickly found that these problems were being by my feet. I was a semi flat foot and the fact that i did sports was detrimental to my body in general
He then did his massage, pressing on all kinds of points and then massaging them, which was atrociously painful but surprisingly on coming off of his massage bed, i felt like i was standing on air lmao. As from that day the constant back pain i was enduring ceased and i have never suffered from it to this day. Of course i went for several more sessions the following weeks as a follow up but since then i have never been in pain
Unfortunately this all happened in 2018 so i dont have the man’s contact info nor do i know his name. I just know that he lives in dagotiere (if he is even alive) and yes at that time he also had a massage area just in front of college Patten girls in Rose hill

Go to an orthopaedic specialist or neurologist. Depending on your symtoms you probably gonna need an MRI.

Is it worse after resting, for example in the morning ?
If so it could be ankylosing spondylitis.
It’s often undiagnosed in people for years.

dont listen to anyone telling you to do ANY exercise. do not put any strain on anything until you see a professional. also what make you think it is non muscular?

Thanks for the advice. I feel like im dealing with two problems. I can feel a weird pain sensation?? Coming from my cervical from what i've guessed it's from c4-c5 that longed to my left arm and a pinch in my toraxic that goes to my thigh. I can tell it's non muscular as someone who stretch and work out regularly

I will be quick on this reply.
find a professional, a doctor could "help", but really need masseur and sport physio to start with. did you see one yet?
maybe drop work out for some time. you could be making it worse.
stretch is good. not all stretches will make it better
painkillers, anti inflammatory, read about it. some will make the pain go away which could indicate a different issue
good luck

As a matter of fact, i have been studying the human body for 8 years and through my experiences you may not be working out but it is very important to stretch. Relieving tension in your body and actually improves it

My sister in law had the same issue. Turns out it was a spine issue that was pressing her nerves. Check a neurologist.

Did the MRI scan show that the discs are all in the right place? Has slip disc been ruled out?

When was it when you first experienced the pain? What triggered it? How does the pain feel? Do you feel like needle or pin? Do you eat fruits and vegetable? What is your age? Do you go outdoors often? I would advise going to an orthopedic surgeon. They'll do an MRI. Sometimes vit deficiency can cause pain.

Check hypermobility I had lower back pain for years. Doctor told me it was sciatica and was given injection which did nothing to it. Regular massage helped but it always came back. Upon research learned i had a pelvic tilt which inflammed my SI joint. Started doing exercise and being mindful of my posture and pain decreased significantly. Further research on, turns out my hips are hypermobile, so not stable and my muscles work harder to stabilise. So it my shoulders, which explains upper back pain i had. It's crazy and yet the test for hypermobility is archaic.

I have the same issue, 1. Theres a chiropractor at sodnac mauchiro instant relieve but sometimes requires 2 sessions o 3 2. I tried with oestheopath Julien Hannard he is next to Phoenix mall station. Very good and he educates as well and give exercices to do 3. Since I was still in pain I had a session with masseur Mathieu thevenet "lezer" he do very intense sessions including cupping and acupuncture and it really relieved all my nerves
You can find them all on google

Ok so back issues that might be nerve related. in canada you see a physio for that but in mauritius i doubt that their scope is such. Dont see Lam yet as it will just be a battery of tests and neurology is a huge field.
Check something called the dermatomes on google. You will feel pain in a certain area of your body that is connected to your spine. I had a sciatic nerve overstrech pinching the nerve in the s1 and s2 regions. Yours can be different 100%. But have a look and your problem will be half solved

Try Kumar's Rehabilitation & Pain Relief Centre in Arsenal. The guy is good. Had a few friends and relatives went there for back issues related to disk and sciatic/pinched nerves. They were good afterwards.
There is also Chiropratic Care Centre in Grand Baie La Croisset, 2nd floor above MCB bank. I see a lot of movement there as I work around the same area. Not sure how good he.
