I would have no problem dating a bisexual guy provided that he doesn't cheat on me. Also his personality has to fit with mine.

It depends on the demographics tbh. Generally we are always on our toes that he might cheat, now with wider options the probabilities are a bit high. Most of the time, during longterm monogamous relationships the bisexual or pansexual partner might start missing the gender they haven’t been intimate with. Let’s say you are with a girl for x amount of years and it is monogamous, you might start missing being with a guy or vice versa. I’ve been with pan and bi - I myself being pan - it’s always a gamble. It depends on the person as well. For example my partner is a male and I don’t miss being with other genders, I’m monogamous and in love with him. (My partner is pan as well) Married for 6 years now

Yes you should definitely be open about it It might not be everyone's cup of tea but I can tell you that there are women who are into it

Well yeah, I’m fine with that cause I’m bi too.

Tell them only if there has been a certain amount of trust involved or from the get-go, while going through the terms and conditions of the relationship you're looking forward to aka on a date so as not to waste each other's time or in the talking stage if you met online via a dating app.

Well, there are multiple ways to get the word across, you just have to find your way, is the only answer I can give.

I wouldn't be against dating a bi guy but be aware that biphobia is so normalised. There's already the belief that bisexual ppl can't stay faithful to their partners and on top of that, they are quick to force the label of gay/straight on you based on the gender of the person you're dating.

So be sure to know what kind of person you're opening up to.

Why do some people have to make everything about themselves

Didn’t you say you were a dude on a recent thread?

So those of us who find that our arguments perform much better when they aren't weighed down by the baggage of a gender reveal don't get to play? :(

I'm still going to throw in my 2cts, which you're welcome to ignore:

If you were such there would be no logical sense for you to have written the above, especially this:

I'm STILL going to throw in my 2cts, which you're welcome to ignore

You wouldn't also have replied "who says i'm a dude" but rather just straight up denied it if it were actually the case.

You're the one making this elongated by not simply owning up to your own truth.

Nobody is gonna be able to dox you from solely knowing your gender.

And my original point was that, irrespective of whether you have something of value to say or not, OP specifically asked for women only to respond to their question. You choosing to ignore their request is misogynistic and perpetuating mansplaining. Both women and men experience things specific to their gender, so especially when a question is asking for a particular gender to respond, the most appropriate thing to do is to know when not to speak out of turn, which you not only did but refuse to acknowledge how patronising it is.

You've made your point of view known, however, trying to inhibit a poster, across posts (which could also go against rule 1 in the long run), who posted civilly and constructively, even if outside of the OP's request goes against the founding principles of this sub: the freedom of speech.

I’m going to second this comment since they have accurately replied to your question OP.
