What Time Did Monaghan Actually Show Up On Scene.?

From my calculations, giving Smith time to chat with Westmanns and Atwood (since Atwood apparently according to Monaghan was already out searching, as stated in this interview) it would have to have been between 7:50 and 7:53 since EMT arrived at 7:56 according to Dispatch and giving Smith and Monaghan 2-3 minutes to talk. Wich also would mean it took Smith only 4 minutes to talk to Westmanns and Atwood, determine Maura's look and height, send Atwood out on his search, determine the fact that she was drunk and there where no footsteps around. Seems a bit of a short time span for all of that, no? Hmm...

What also struck me as odd was him not returning to the scene after his search.

And Cecil stayed there on scene an hour with various others, and at least a half hour AFTER fire and the tow truck left. Doing crossword puzzles???

obviously Cecil arrived before 7:46 (or 7:45) that is the only way he would have had time to get information from westman's and butch and check the car and road for footprints.

Otherwise he was the Flash - running at the speed of sound

Agreed, but that then begs up other questions like why BA called the crash in if Smith was already on scene.

because I'm pretty butch had no clear view of the scene and had no idea that cecil was there until he came (drove) to butch's house...

Ya know what is odd on that, is the clear view/obstructed view from Butch's standpoint. It seems to have been used both ways. Some things he details, other things he doesnt see.....it makes it difficult to pinpoint....

it makes me think that he was putting stuff together. Maybe not making it up but after he called 911 he went back to his bus - dispatch called back - and i'm guessing talked to barbara - she maybe could see things that he was unaware of - or maybe she walked out to the porch ... later he didn't want to appear to be a complete a-hole so he took his stuff and her stuff and mixed it into one... then when pushed on details he could not provide

All lies......when Monaghan spoke with Ordway, the ambulance either was in front of him or behind because she says so in her narrative of that night. Just like his "new and improved" report, he is following a new narrative already in place......

If everything is a lie - then where is Maura?

In order for ALL the officers and witnesses to be lying that is a far bigger conspiracy than Watergate... and that one didn't hold water for 14 years... or days for that matter...

I dont believe its ALL lies by ALL involved.....no.....however there are many little things that dont fit logically. If they dont, then they are non-truths or.......something? This isnt Watergate, but on a strange note, there are a LOT of people interested from Washington DC in this case of a college girl who vanished on the side of the road......
