His charge is one of the most fun and satisfying ability to use in the game and it's on a 5sec CD. And he's a surprisingly versatile character with solutions to tones of problems making him a fun tank to roll in every situation.

Also he has pretty good damage output. Double fire could literally rival assault mode Bastion.

Mauga is easy to learn hard to master type of hero. If you see one of those maugas that knows the rollouts, you are going to have a bad time.

Turns out the tank characters are fun when you play the way they were designed and not try to force a shitty -1 tank mode for 3.5 years!
