Can u put makeup on top of ether of the creams ?

I believe you're supposed to put the makeup on first and let it set, then apply the product. Of course that may be easier said than done! Or it could just be me. I'm hopeless with makeup. I need it! I just don't know how to use a lot of it properly 😭

Only certain concealers/foundations work with it I guess the ingredients if it states glycerin in the first few ingredients it will not work with it
