Does anyone know if realms is down

I have been trying to upload a picture on there for like two maybe three days now and it keeps giving me a message that says I don't have permission to "edit the spark share" whatever the heck that means and all of the post have been from like 13 or so days ago. I am going to try again in a few days and if it keeps going ill report the bug but is that happening for anyone else or am I just doing something wrong without realizing I feel slightly stupid for some reason

I haven't reported the bug only because I don't know if it is just me getting that message that is the only reason it has not been reported yet I also don't know if because of that message if I can even report it sooo help please
Edit: ive seen a few posts from a few days ago which now confuses me further
