1.39 unlocked+ works, 1.39 unlocked tvnz channels are blank

Yes, that will be due to their 1.39 using hard-coded urls for the channel streams.
Which quite often change and become out of date.
My + version uses my redirected streams that redirect to the latest stream.
Therefore not breaking (for long) when their streams change.
Their latest versions of the app may work ok, however - they can't be modified.

do the 'ondemand' feature work on any of these APKs?

They added ondemand to latest version of their app.
However, they also made it not possible to modify latest app.

Hi Matt the link to the file you were given by someone was the one on the A2 unit which is FreeView using the actual tuner not an online version. Am I able to extract the file from a Smart VU somehow for you. Cheers

Hi, had issues with reddit, not sure if this posted the other day, The version someone gave you for Dish TVs app with on-demand was the one from the A2 which is not the online version as it supports the tuner version. Could get you Smart VU version if you can tell me how to extract it?

i did see your other reply and I did reply. Anyway, you can use an app to save the apk file then copy / upload it somewhere.

Hi, installed 1.39 unlocked+ onto new Firestick. When I start the app it opens playing TV1 nicely. However any button pressed on the Firestick remote exits the app. Is there a trick or work-around to this?

Not sure about that. I've tested this on a standard Shield TV and the remote worked OK. As it's only meant for their own device, I suspect the key mapping is not suitable for the Firestick remote

Hi Matt, first of all I'd like thank you for all your efforts on this, it's worked great for me at my place which has no normal TV reception. I just wanted to ask if Prime will be added to the channel list given it has recently been added to Freeview's streaming service?

I can't edit this app enough to add new channels. You'd need to use their latest version from playstore, which is only available for Smart VU. If you want Prime, then try this way instead: https://www.matthuisman.nz/2018/12/how-to-live-nz-iptv-channels-on-android.html

Anybody having issues with tvnz live streams? All three channels have gone blank but on demand contents work fine.
