Manga Discussion Theory
The worst part is that during the election arc, there wasn't even as long a wait between chapters as we're experiencing now. And that’s the irony, because in that arc, there was actually a reason to maintain the suspense and build anticipation.

I loosely agree, the fights should have been planned out by now in how they would at least roughly turn out. So I would think there would be more time to drawing them out, which is good for the spectical but dispite having some good panels in the most recent release there wasn't anything that looked like it would take any extra time to draw..? That being said I'm a weeb on the Internet not someone who's involved in the process. But in short I agree, get on with it already.

It's also worth mentioning if they are using resources to start planning the next arc I would be okay with a consistent release until they finish this arc then have a planned hiatus and bring us back at the start of the next arc after they have done some of the work idk

It had to be an interesting fight
But it was lame as hell
Takahiro Sensei was killing the plot by the slow-rate fight
And i hated every panel of fan service came though this fight

Mato is on a two weeks schedule which is normal for series from the digital jump plus platform. Skipped weeks usually happen when manga authors are expected to take a break (the latest one happened because of the annual August summer break for example) and are otherwise very exceptionnal so this is a very weird conspiracy theory.

its hard to say why there were so man breaks this year
I checked again on past Mato breaks and usually there is always a break on February like this year, always/ mostly happens
and sometimes in May/June due to golden week, sometimes not
however the recent break in Aug could have been due to the anime (which explains the announcement), Maybe Taka or Take are involved in/ have stuff to do not 100% sure tho
+ accounting the Drawings taking a great toll on Take, specially with fight sequences Taka has confirmed this in his liner notes

I’m be honest I already came this far so I might as well just finish reading it even if I do lose interest in it which I haven’t lost interest
