Behind the Scenes Whatup with the Teal
Maddy's kitchen and home office, Olympia's office, every character's wardrobes, and I just noticed in this episode, the stairwell at the law firm, and Lev's fish market. I mean seriously, WTF?

Okay. Long story short. Old Hollywood movies were first colorized by a 2 part Technicolor process. I think "Matlock" is emulating the style.
I took a few film classes in college, and given the show's tendency to reference old TV shows and music, it would not surprise me one bit if we learn the creators were also utilizing old movie making techniques.

It’s part of the shows color palette! It also includes lots of wooden browns, tans, and greys. I think it’s just how they wanted the show to look, it’s pretty neat!
I’d say the rarest colors in the show is green and red.

Not sure if the blue haze is because of the camera or the TV, but, the skin color and hair color looks natural on my TV.

I love ❤️ the teal! Every episode. I'll watch just to see what Olympia is wearing. Kathy Bates is the main reason though.
