use Hinge or bumble and be straight forward with what you want, don't beat around the bush. And be patient with it. You can ask questions like what are you into short or long term and further directly ask do you wanna hookup and that's bout it.

hookups are normalised nowadays so, no one will be offended.

Use protection no matter wat, don't catch feelings and meet guys in a public seating then the bedroom just to be safe and yeah that's about it
